SCBWI Conference
Loved every minute of hanging out with my writing buddies in Sydney for a weekend of fun at the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators International Conference. On the Saturday I had paid for three face-to-face editor appointments to receive feedback on my works in progress. They each gave me valuable suggestions which I am implementing as I re-write and polish my work. Unfortunately I was feeling rather ill that weekend and so had to put myself to bed early each night.
